With the AssuredCare™ mobile application, Harris CapRock customers have access to our best-in-class customer portal at their fingertips.  The app enables real-time visibility into clients’ global communications through their mobile device, allowing them access to ticket data and service availability statistics. Customers who already have access to the AssuredCare portal can request a free mobile account and will have their request processed within seven working days.Please contact your service delivery or account manager if you need any assistance creating or accessing an account.
